I've been taking Dyrenium 50mg Capsules (Triamterene) for the past few months to manage my high blood pressure and reduce swelling. Unlike some other diuretics, Triamterene helps retain potassium, which is great because I've had issues with low potassium levels in the past. However, I've been concerned about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones.
