I've been taking Tukysa 150mg Tablets for a few months now to treat my metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and symptoms. I wanted to start this thread to share my experiences and hear from others who might be going through the same thing. This medication works by blocking HER2 proteins that help cancer cells grow, and while it's shown some promise, the side effects can be challenging. I've experienced a mix of side effects, some mild and others more severe. The symptoms seem to come and go, but the most concerning ones are the ones that need immediate medical attention—like liver problems and severe bowel issues. I've had a couple of scares where I thought I was having a reaction, but thankfully, my doctor helped me manage it. I've read through the possible side effects, and it's a long list. I've found that staying hydrated and taking it easy on the days I feel really tired helps, but I'm always open to more advice. I've had some good days and some really rough days.
