I've been taking Tukysa 150mg Tablets for a few months now to treat my metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and symptoms. I wanted to start this thread to share my experiences and hear from others who might be going through the same thing. This medication works by blocking HER2 proteins that help cancer cells grow, and while it's shown some promise, the side effects can be challenging.

I've experienced a mix of side effects, some mild and others more severe. The symptoms seem to come and go, but the most concerning ones are the ones that need immediate medical attention—like liver problems and severe bowel issues. I've had a couple of scares where I thought I was having a reaction, but thankfully, my doctor helped me manage it.

I've read through the possible side effects, and it's a long list. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced something similar or has tips on how to manage the side effects. I've found that staying hydrated and taking it easy on the days I feel really tired helps, but I'm always open to more advice.

I've had some good days and some really rough days. The good days make it worth it, but the rough days make me wonder if it's all worth it. It's a constant battle, but I keep pushing through. Let's share our stories and support each other.

I've had a lot of mouth sores and irritations. Does anyone use any special products to help with that? My doc recommended some mouthwash, but I'm wondering if there are other solutions.

Ouch, that sounds rough. I've had some pretty bad headaches and joint pain, but nothing like that. Fingers crossed it gets better for you.

I started Tukysa a month ago, and so far, so good. I've had some mild fatigue and upset stomach, but nothing major. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays this way. How long did it take for you to feel the full effects of Tukysa?

I've been dealing with diarrhea and constipation. It's like my digestive system doesn't know what to do with itself. Anyone have any tips for managing this?

I've had a few scares with breathing issues and a strange rash. Turns out it was just a mild allergic reaction that my doctor was able to help with, but it's definitely something to be aware of. Make sure to watch for those symptoms and talk to your doc if you're worried.

I think it's important to remember that everyone's experience is different. I've been on Tukysa for over a year, and while I've had my share of side effects, I've also seen remarkable improvement in my cancer markers. It's been a tough road, but it's worth it. I've found that staying in close contact with my oncologist and being honest about my symptoms has helped a lot. I also make sure to eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise. Stay positive, everyone!

This is great thread. I'm new to Tukysa, and it's good to know I'm not alone. Thanks for sharing your stories, everyone!

My sister was given Tukysa, but she decided to stop taking it because of how bad the side effects were. It's a tough call, but I think everyone needs to do what's right for them.
