I've recently been prescribed Octreotide 50mcg/ml Inj, 1ml for managing symptoms related to a rare tumor. The doctor explained it helps control severe diarrhea, flushing, and stomach pain, but the list of possible side effects is daunting. I'm curious if anyone else has experience with this medication. How did you handle the side effects, and did any of you have to deal with more serious issues like pancreatitis or gallbladder problems? I'm looking for any tips or advice to make this process smoother.
