I've just been prescribed Mesalamine 4gm Kit (7 X 60ml) for ulcerative proctosigmoiditis. I've heard it can be a bit challenging to deal with, so I'm looking for some advice. Has anyone else used this enema? What were your experiences like? Any tips on how to make the process easier? Also, I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the more serious ones. How common are they, and what should I look out for? Any insights or support would be greatly appreciated!
