I've recently started Vinorelbine chemotherapy treatment for lung cancer. I'm trying to understand the side effects and how to manage them. I'm incredibly nauseous and my hair started to fall out. I'm wondering if other people have had similar experiences and how they coped. I'm also nervous about the serious side effects listed. Has anyone experienced these, and if so, how did you handle them?

I've been prescribed Vinorelbine 10mg/ml Inj for my lung cancer treatment. I'm hoping to hear from others who have used this drug. What were your experiences with side effects, and how did you manage them? Any tips for dealing with the more severe side effects like lung problems or severe constipation?
