I've been prescribed Vinorelbine 10mg/ml Inj for my lung cancer treatment. I'm hoping to hear from others who have used this drug. What were your experiences with side effects, and how did you manage them? Any tips for dealing with the more severe side effects like lung problems or severe constipation?

It's a tough road, but hang in there. I had to deal with some serious constipation, but my doctor gave me some really good tips on diet and hydration. Also, make sure to talk to your healthcare team about any concerns you have. They are there to help and support you.

I had a friend who experienced a lot of hair loss and fatigue, but overall, it was manageable. Keep in mind that everyone responds differently to chemo.

Is anyone else worried about the possibility of tissue damage from the injection? Any advice on how to avoid this?

I’m so sorry to hear about the hair loss and the nausea. It's so tough to go through all of this. The best thing to do is to communicate openly with your healthcare provider about how you are feeling.

Feeling discouraged by all the possible side effects. Anyone have any positive stories to share?

I had a really bad reaction to this drug, ended up in the ER with severe allergic symptoms. Make sure you are in a facility where they can monitor you closely during the treatment. My doctor was able to admit me for observation, and it helped a lot.
