I recently started taking Vitamin B-Complex with B-12 Tablets and have read that, although rare, they can cause severe allergic reactions. I'm a bit worried because I've never had an allergic reaction to any supplement before. Has anyone else had any problems with this? Are there any specific types of B-Complex vitamins that are known to be safer? I want to make sure I'm well-informed before continuing this supplement. I've read the list of side effects and I want to make sure not only I am safe but my family members that take them as well.
