Has anyone experienced severe allergic reactions to Vitamin B-Complex with B-12 Tablets?
I recently started taking Vitamin B-Complex with B-12 Tablets and have read that, although rare, they can cause severe allergic reactions. I'm a bit worried because I've never had an allergic reaction to any supplement before. Has anyone else had any problems with this? Are there any specific types of B-Complex vitamins that are known to be safer? I want to make sure I'm well-informed before continuing this supplement. I've read the list of side effects and I want to make sure not only I am safe but my family members that take them as well.

I had a pretty severe reaction from this last time I took it. Not worth the risk for me!
I had hives last time I took these. I thought I was going to die. Highly recommend everyone being cautious..
I’ve been taking this for a few months and have had no issues. I mix it with my prenatal vitamins. Always best to consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
I took these for a while and never had any issues. But I did have a severe reaction to a different B-Complex once, so I'm always careful. Always good to err on the side of caution!.
I don't think the benefits outweigh the risks. Stick to a balanced diet and get your vitamins naturally if you have these concerns.
It might be worth talking to your doctor about switching to a different brand. Some people react differently to different formulations.
Be careful with these. My friend had really bad stomach pain and had to stop taking them.
