Xadago 50mg tablets are a relatively new addition to Parkinson's disease treatment. I've recently switched to it alongside levodopa/carbidopa to see if it helps with the 'off' times. It is supposed to help with movement and control but I still don't know how effective the Xadago is. Has anyone else tried it? What are your experiences with the side effects, especially the urgent ones? I've heard of the serotonin syndrome and it's quite frightening to think about. I'd also like to know if anyone has reported their side effects to the FDA or their doctor and why they did it? I tend to be forgetful with these sorts of things.
