I've been struggling with acne for a while and my dermatologist prescribed Ziana Gel. It contains clindamycin and tretinoin, which sounds promising. I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone here used it? What was your experience like? Did you have any issues with the side effects, and how did you manage them? Thanks in advance for any insights!
