So, I've been using Adapalene 0.3% Gel for about a month now, and I'm not sure if I'm loving or hating it. It's supposed to help with acne, but the side effects are no joke. I've been dealing with some serious dryness and irritation, and I'm not sure if it's worth it. Has anyone else had this experience? I've been thinking about switching to a different topical treatment, but I don't want to give up on this one just yet. What are your thoughts on Adapalene? Any tips for making the side effects more manageable? I'd really appreciate some advice!
