I just started giving my 18-month-old Florvite W/iron Drops 50ml as recommended by our pediatrician. The drops seem to be helping with his iron levels, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else given this to their kids? Any horror stories or positive experiences to share? I've been a bit worried about the darkening of teeth, so I've been making sure he brushes regularly. Just looking for some reassurance and tips from other parents.
