Hello everyone, I recently started taking Bariatric Mvit W/iron Chew Tabs after my gastric bypass surgery. I was curious to find out if anyone else has tried this multivitamin and how it has impacted their health. The supplement is crucial for us post-surgery patients as our bodies absorb nutrients differently, but I do worry about the side effects. I've heard some scary stories about allergic reactions, so I'd love to hear from anyone who's had a similar experience. Also, how do you manage the common side effects like upset stomach or constipation? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Has anyone else noticed changes in stool color?
