I've been using Arth Pain Rel Acetaminophen 650mg T for the past few months to manage my chronic back pain, and I've found it to be quite effective. The controlled-release formula is a game-changer; It provides longer-lasting relief, often for up to 8 hours, which is a significant improvement over regular acetaminophen. However, I've also experienced some mild side effects like upset stomach and trouble sleeping, which I have to manage. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
