I've been using Arth Pain Rel Acetaminophen 650mg T for the past few months to manage my chronic back pain, and I've found it to be quite effective. The controlled-release formula is a game-changer; It provides longer-lasting relief, often for up to 8 hours, which is a significant improvement over regular acetaminophen. However, I've also experienced some mild side effects like upset stomach and trouble sleeping, which I have to manage. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What tips do you have for dealing with these side effects?

Did anyone else notice that the side effects are pretty similar to regular acetaminophen?

I've had some stomach issues with this one. It's a bit tougher to deal with than regular acetaminophen, but the relief is worth it for me.

Be careful with the dose. I took to much and ended up with some nasty side effects. You want to start low and go slow.

My doctor warned me about liver problems. I have to be really careful and monitor my intake closely. I'd never heard of Stevens-Johnson syndrome before, but now I know the signs to look out for.

I had a nasty reaction to this stuff. Woke up with a rash and my skin was peeling. I had to go to the hospital. I'd never had an allergic reaction like that before. I think I'll stick to ibuprofen from now on.

I've been using this for my arthritis and it's made a world of difference. I don't get the same kind of relief from regular acetaminophen. Not a fan of the trouble sleeping though.
