I just started taking Cyclophosphamide 500mg Inj for my autoimmune disease, and I'm already experiencing some side effects. Anyone else dealt with this? I'm really concerned and could use some reassurance or advice on what to expect. I know it can be used to treat cancer, but I'm unsure how it will affect me. Any tips on managing the side effects? Or stories from others who are going through the same thing would be great.
