Just started Cyclophosphamide 500mg Inj. Facing some scary side effects. Need advice?
I just started taking Cyclophosphamide 500mg Inj for my autoimmune disease, and I'm already experiencing some side effects. Anyone else dealt with this? I'm really concerned and could use some reassurance or advice on what to expect. I know it can be used to treat cancer, but I'm unsure how it will affect me. Any tips on managing the side effects? Or stories from others who are going through the same thing would be great.

I had severe anemia and needed blood transfusions during my course of treatment, but it was still worth it. I'm cancer-free now!
Sorry to hear this. This drug is tough, but it can also be very effective. I had a really rough first month, but it got easier. Stay strong!
My friend had a really hard time with this drug. She ended up switching to a different treatment. Maybe talk to your doctor about alternatives if it gets too bad.
I dealt with a lot of stomach issues. My doctor prescribed some meds to help with that. Might be worth talking to yours about.
I had some bad allergic reactions at first, but my doctor was able to manage it. Sometimes it's just about finding the right dose for you.
I've been on Cyclophosphamide for a while now. It's tough, but manageable. Make sure to stay hydrated and keep an eye on any unusual symptoms. Talk to your doctor if you feel overwhelmed.
I remember when my mom was on this. It was tough, but she got through it. Just take it one day at a time and stay in touch with your doctor.
This drug is no joke. Keep those emergency numbers close, just in case. You never know when you might need them.
I had intense fatigue and some minor kidney issues. It's scary, but manageable. Hang in there. It can get better!
