I've heard that Quflora Pediatric 1mg Chew Tabs are a great way to ensure my kids get enough fluoride, especially since we live in an area with low fluoride in the water. I've been struggling with cavities lately and my dentist recommended SF 5000 Plus 1.1% Cream 51gm. I've read that it can help rebuild enamel and protect teeth from acid attacks, but I'm a bit hesitant because of the potential side effects. Has anyone here used this cream?
