I've been struggling with gingivitis for a while now, and my dentist recommended Peridex 0.12% Oral Rinse. I've heard it can be effective, but also that the side effects can be pretty unpleasant. Has anyone here used it and had good results? What were your experiences with it and what kind of side effects did you encounter? I'm really hoping this is going to help, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, like the possibility of permanent change in taste or staining on my teeth. What are your thoughts?
