I've been using Mintox Max Susp 355ml for a few weeks now to relieve my heartburn and indigestion. It's helped a lot, but I've been wondering about the possible side effects. The packaging mentions some serious symptoms to watch out for, like allergic reactions, but also things like diarrhea and constipation. Has anyone else had any issues? I also want to know how exactly does it work, because my doctor said it neutralizes stomach acid but I am still unsure. I want to be well informed before I continue using it.

I've been dealing with some pretty bad heartburn lately, and my doctor recommended E-Z-gas II Granules. I picked some up and tried them last night. I really noticed a difference, but I'm a bit worried about some of the side effects listed on the package. Has anyone else had any issues with this? Or maybe some advice on how to avoid them?
