I've been using Mintox Max Susp 355ml for a few weeks now to relieve my heartburn and indigestion. It's helped a lot, but I've been wondering about the possible side effects. The packaging mentions some serious symptoms to watch out for, like allergic reactions, but also things like diarrhea and constipation. Has anyone else had any issues? I hate taking medicine but I need to use this because I have terrible indigestion. I just look at this thread and think 'well, at least it's not as bad as that allergic reaction.' And it helps so much. Just try to use it as sparingly as possible, especially if you're not having any side effects.
I've been using Mintox Max for years and haven't had any problems. It's been a lifesaver for me. I think the key is to not overuse it. I've never had constipation or diarrhea unless I have a bad diet too. The more I use it, the less effective it seems to be, but I keep coming back to it.
I have been using this stuff for a year. It's a godsend and I have no side effects but now I am worried!
I stumbled across this thread and must say that Mintox Max must be used carefully. A friend of mine had to go to the emergency room with a severe reaction, and it turns out she was one of the people who was completely allergic to it. I wonder if there are warning signs before a severe allergic reaction develops.

I got some constipation but it went away. Don't panic if it happens to you. But yeah, be careful with this stuff. Listen to you body and be aware of your surroundings.
I had a terrible allergic reaction to Mintox Max. I broke out in hives and my throat felt like it was closing up. I had to go to the ER. If you experience anything like that, go to the hospital immediately.
Did anyone else read the part about reporting side effects to the FDA? I think we should all do that, even if the side effects aren't severe. We need more data on this stuff.
I tried this once and got diarrhea. I tried it again and got diarrhea again. I think it's just not for me. Customers should be warned.
