Hey everyone, I just got my first dose of the Vaqta 1ml IM vaccine for Hepatitis A. I'm an adult and have had no previous contact with the virus. The doctor explained it's given in two doses, so I'll need to go back in six months for the second shot. Has anyone else gone through this? Any tips on managing potential side effects or knowing what to expect? I'm feeling a bit worried about the possible severe reactions, even though they're rare. On the other hand, I know how serious Hepatitis A can be, so I want to be as prepared as possible for any discomfort or issues that might come up. Do any other adults over 19 have experience with this vaccine?
