I've been prescribed Meleya 0.35mg Tablets for birth control, and I'm a bit overwhelmed by the instructions. I must take it at the exact same time every single day to be effective. Is this really non-negotiable? I'm not great with strict routines. Has anyone struggled with this? I'm not sure I can keep it up for the long-haul. What happens if I miss a dose? I'm trying to be responsible but would like to know what happens if I slip up.
