My experience with Nafcillin 2gm Inj, 1 Vial - An antibiotic life saver, but have you had any side effects?

I've been prescribed Nafcillin 2gm Inj, 1 Vial for a serious staph infection, and it's been a lifesaver. However, I've experienced some side effects that I'm not sure are related. Has anyone else taken this and had any issues beyond the usual? I'm particularly concerned about the delayed allergic reactions and kidney problems mentioned in the leaflet, but I'm not sure if my symptoms are worth worrying about. Are any of you nurses or docs who can shed some light on this? I want to be sure I'm not overreacting, but I also don't want to ignore something serious. I've been monitoring my urine output and haven't noticed any drastic changes, but I have had some mild stomach pain and a bit of diarrhea. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should call my doctor. I've also been feeling a bit tired, but I figured that was just the infection and the medication working. Is it normal to feel so run down? Again, I'd appreciate any input from those who have taken this medication or have medical knowledge. I just want to make sure I'm taking care of myself properly.

Just started Kanjinti (Trastuzumab-dkst) infusions for HER2 positive breast cancer. Any tips, experiences, or side effect management strategies?

I've recently begun treatment with Kanjinti (the biosimilar version of Herceptin) for my HER2-positive breast cancer. I'm having my first infusion this week and I'm feeling a mix of hope and anxiety. I want to manage my expectations and be prepared for the potential side effects. I've read about possible symptoms like fever, chills, and nausea, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced more unusual side effects, or if there are some great tips for managing them. Do you do anything special on infusion days? Based on your experience, what advice do you have for coping with potential side effects, and how did you manage some of the common symptoms?
