I've just been prescribed Roflumilast 250mcg Tablets to help manage my severe COPD with chronic bronchitis. My doctor said it should help reduce flare-ups by reducing inflammation in my lungs. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like allergic reactions and suicidal thoughts. Has anyone else tried this medication?
