I've been using Alphanate 250iu Vwf/hum Inj 1vl for the past year to manage my von Willebrand disease, and while it's been a lifesaver, I've experienced some side effects that I'd like to discuss. The urgent side effects list is quite extensive, but I've only had a minor allergic reaction. I noticed a mild rash after a few doses. I want to hear from others who might have dealt with similar issues, or even better, anyone who has found effective ways to manage these side effects. I'm also curious to know if anyone has switched to a different treatment and if so, how was the transition?

I started Valrubicin 40mg/ml Solution for my bladder cancer and I'm curious about others' experiences, especially with side effects. My doctor explained that it's given directly into the bladder, which is different from other treatments I've had. I understand the urgent side effects like allergic reactions and blood in the urine, but I'm more concerned about the other possible side effects, like bladder irritation and frequent urination. Has anyone experienced these and how did you manage them? Also, I'm worried about the duration of the red-colored urine. I've heard it's normal for up to 24 hours, but what if it lasts longer? I want to be prepared for anything. Anyone have tips or advice?
