I've been using Mometasone 50mcg Nasal Spray for a few weeks now to treat my allergies, and it's been a game-changer for my runny and stuffy nose. It's also helped with the itching! But I've noticed some mild side effects like headaches and occasional nosebleeds. It's made bearable by the relief from allergies. Although I know these are common, I can't help but worry about the more serious side effects listed. Has anyone else experienced any of these serious issues? Is it worth the risk?
