I've been using Mometasone 50mcg Nasal Spray for a few weeks now to treat my allergies, and it's been a game-changer for my runny and stuffy nose. It's also helped with the itching! But I've noticed some mild side effects like headaches and occasional nosebleeds. It's made bearable by the relief from allergies. Although I know these are common, I can't help but worry about the more serious side effects listed. Has anyone else experienced any of these serious issues? Is it worth the risk? Are there any long-term effects of the medication that I should be worried about? Everyone's experience seems to be different. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic. Also, what do you think about the potential for nosebleeds and how often does that happen?

I've been using Mometasone for a while now, and I can’t believe how well it works. The runny nose and sneezing got to me especially during the spring, but this spray works like magic, and I don't have any major side effects.

I had some weird white patches in my mouth after using it for a few months. Turns out, it might be a sign of oral thrush. Doc said it’s rare, but it can happen. Just something to keep an eye out for.

If you're worried about side effects, you might want to try a different brand. Fluticasone works just as well. I always buy mine over the counter. It's such a relief when you can get the same thing without the doctor hassle.

I've heard that the medicine can mess with your adrenal glands if you use it too much. Not sure if it's true, but it's something to be mindful of. Allergies suck, but this side effect is not worth it for me.

Using Mometasone Nasal Spray has been a game-changer for my nasal polyps. I've had them for years, and this is the only thing that's worked. I've had a few nosebleeds, but it hasn't been too bad. It’s worth it to be able to breathe normally again. So glad I found this medication!

Be careful with this stuff. I had a severe allergic reaction the first time I used it. I'm really hoping it was just a fluke. Never used it again. Did any of your families react to this medication?

Has anyone noticed any changes in vision? My eye doctor told me there was a connection, but she wasn't sure. I think it's a rare, but real side effect.
