I just started taking Ingrezza 60mg Sprinkle Capsules for tardive dyskinesia and I'm looking for advice from others who might have taken it. I find the drug helps with the involuntary movements, but my biggest concern are the side effects. Have others had any serious issues? What do I do if I experience any of the urgent side effects? I'm particularly worried about the symptoms similar to Parkinson's disease. I've also heard that it can cause neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS), which sounds terrifying. How common is that? Any tips on managing the side effects or should I just talk to my doctor if they're too bad? Any advice on how to work through this would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone had any success with other treatments?
