I've recently been prescribed Paraplatin 1000mg Inj, 100ml for my cancer treatment. Carboplatin is a chemotherapy medicine used to treat certain types of cancer. It works by damaging the DNA of cancer cells, which stops them from growing and multiplying. It is given as an injection into a vein. I know it comes with some serious and common side effects. I'm looking for experiences or advice from anyone who has gone through this treatment. Avoidable like any other medicine, but I'm sure that each person's experience is unique. Anything helps.
