I recently started taking Remeron 30mg Soltabs for depression. The orally disintegrating tablets are convenient, but I've experienced some side effects. Has anyone else had trouble with weight gain or vivid dreams? I'm trying to figure out if these are normal or if I should talk to my doctor. I've also heard about the risks of serotonin syndrome and other severe reactions, which is a bit scary. How do you all manage the potential side effects and stay positive while on this medication?
