This medication has been prescribed to me for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and given the list of possible side effects (and I'm not amazed about them), I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I need help understanding the properties of this medication, the side effects , and how to manage them. I understand it works by blocking a protein called TNF-alpha, which can cause swelling and damage in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis; is it anyone's first line treatment? Has anyone here taken Mi-Simlandi? Is it better/worse than other treatments you've tried? What side effects did you experience? How did you manage them? If you're a medical professional, what kind of advice can you give to someone starting this medication? Can you suggest any other treatments or methods to supplement the medication, or alternative holistic approaches?
