Mi-Simlandi 2pn 40/0.4mlauto-Inj Kt - Help me understand this drug, its properties, and possible side effects.
This medication has been prescribed to me for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and given the list of possible side effects (and I'm not amazed about them), I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I need help understanding the properties of this medication, the side effects , and how to manage them. I understand it works by blocking a protein called TNF-alpha, which can cause swelling and damage in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis; is it anyone's first line treatment? Has anyone here taken Mi-Simlandi? Is it better/worse than other treatments you've tried? What side effects did you experience? How did you manage them? If you're a medical professional, what kind of advice can you give to someone starting this medication? Can you suggest any other treatments or methods to supplement the medication, or alternative holistic approaches?

Honestly, any medication that helps with RA is worth a try. Just keep an open line of communication with your doctor.
I've been on Simlandi for a few months now, and while it's helped with my Crohn's, I've had some pretty intense headaches. I've also been extremely tired. My doctor says it's probably the medication but we haven't figured out a way to combat it yet.
I've been on a bunch of these drugs, but Simlandi was the one that finally worked for me. The side effects were mild and manageable. I had some stomach pain and nausea at first, but it went away. It's good stuff, i love it.
Simlandi has been a game-changer for me. I've been on it for about a year now, and my RA symptoms have significantly improved. The injection site reactions were a bit bothersome at first, but they've become much more manageable with time.
Be careful with this stuff. My friend took it and ended up with some serious nerve issues. Burning, numbness, tingling all over the place. Doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on for ages. I do not trust these drugs, but I’m not a doctor.
I switched to Simlandi after my body rejected another TNF blocker. It was a bit tough at first, but I've been doing well on it. Just make sure to follow your doctor's advice and monitor for side effects closely.
Simlandi is a good option for people who don’t respond well to other TNF blockers. It's a bit more aggressive but can be very effective. Make sure to keep an eye on any signs of infection, though. If you get a fever or chills, get to a doctor ASAP.
Just started Simlandi and I already feel so sick, seriously how long will it take to die i hate this crap. Do I even need the medication?
I've had a good experience with Simlandi. My psoriasis cleared up within a few weeks, and the injection site reactions were minimal. Just make sure to rotate injection sites and keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms. I've had the same reaction every time, but my Dr said it's okay.
I've heard it can cause some nasty liver problems. Sounds like they might take their time to show up. Keep an eye out for those symptoms!
