I recently started taking Tasimelteon 20mg Capsules for my Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Disorder, and I must say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. I've been totally blind since birth, so my internal clock has always been out of whack. I've tried everything from melatonin to strict sleep schedules, but nothing seemed to work long-term. My doctor finally prescribed Tasimelteon, and I've been taking it for about two months now. At first, I thought it was just another placebo, but recently I've noticed that my sleep pattern is actually starting to align with the 24-hour day. I've had a few side effects—a headache here and there, and some really vivid bad dreams—but nothing too terrible. I'm just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience, or if there are any tips for making the most of this medication. Has anyone tried adjusting the dosage or timing? I'm just interested in hearing other people's stories and advice. Also, a quick question for anyone who knows: what do you do if you experience any of the more serious side effects? I've read the pamphlet, but I'd love to hear from real people.
