I started taking Acamprosate Cal DR 333mg Tablets a few weeks ago to help with my sobriety journey. So far, it's been a mix of positive and negative experiences. I've noticed a significant reduction in my alcohol cravings, but I've also experienced some unpleasant side effects, mainly diarrhea and feeling constantly tired. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How long did it take for the side effects to subside? Did anyone experience anything similar to what I'm going through? Additionally, I've read about the increased risk of suicidal thoughts, which is quite concerning. I'd like to know if anyone has had to deal with this and how they coped. I'm really hoping this medication will help me stay sober long-term, but I'm a bit hesitant due to the potential side effects.
