Hey everyone, I've just started using Xaciato 2% Vaginal Gel for bacterial vaginosis. I know it's a single-dose treatment, but I'm a bit worried about side effects. Has anyone else used this and if so what were your experiences? I've read that serious side effects are rare but it's still scary. I'm hoping to hear some success stories or tips for dealing with any minor issues. I've never had to use a vaginal gel before so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Especially anything to help with discomfort or discharge. TIA!
