I was recently diagnosed with pernicious anemia and started using Nascobal 500mcg Nasal Spray. It's been a few days, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used this for their vitamin B12 deficiency. How long did it take to see improvements? Any tips for using the spray effectively? I've had some minor nose irritation, but I'm wondering if that's normal or if I should be concerned. Also, I've read about some serious side effects – has anyone experienced any of these?
