I've been prescribed Clindamycin 1% Topical Solution for my acne and noticed some distubing warnings, including a severe form of diarrhea called C. diff-associated diarrhea (CDAD), which can be life-threatening. Is this something I should really be worried about, or is it just a rare side effect? Has anyone else experienced any serious side effects from using this topical solution?
