I've been prescribed Clindamycin 1% Topical Solution for my acne and noticed some distubing warnings, including a severe form of diarrhea called C. diff-associated diarrhea (CDAD), which can be life-threatening. Is this something I should really be worried about, or is it just a rare side effect? Has anyone else experienced any serious side effects from using this topical solution? I want to be cautious, so any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I've used it for years with no issues. Just keep an eye on how your skin reacts and you'll be good. Stay tuned!

I had some oily skin issues while using it, but that was it. Nothing too bad. I don't know why you're worried, but we're here to help.

I had some itching and irritation at the application site, but it went away after a few days. Stick with it, and if it gets worse, talk to your doctor. You're probably fine, but we like to be caregivers so we can assist you.

Just had to get out there and say that I have only had a positive experience. I had a bit of a reaction at first, but it went away after a week. Not the worst experience in the world.

Serious side effects are rare, but they can happen. Just be aware of the symptoms and if you notice anything unusual, contact your doctor right away. It's always better to be safe. I've been using it and always had a good experience. The horror stories aren't common.

I didn't know about the C. diff risk. That's scary stuff. Just pay attention and take care of yourself. Remember that we've got your back, kiddo.

I've been using Clindamycin for a while and haven't had any serious issues. Just a bit of dryness, but it's manageable. Maybe your skin needs some time to adjust?
