I've just been prescribed Advate 1500unit Inj, 1 Vial for hemophilia A and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've read the pamphlet about the possible side effects and I have to admit, I'm feeling kind of anxious, especially about the serious side effects. Understandably, I'm scared of the signs of allergic reactions and the other serious side effects, but also confused: should any/all of them happen, how do I handle them? Some of them seem urgent, but others like feeling cold or chest pain… more like a 'go to the hospital' or 'call an ambulance' moment. Can anyone share their experience with this medication? What kind of side effects have you experienced, if any? How did you manage them? I'd really appreciate any advice or tips on dealing with Advate. Thanks, everyone!

I was just prescribed a 250ml bottle of Alburx 5% Inj, which is a purified form of human albumin. I am a little anxious about the potential side effects. Has anyone here had any experience with this medication? I'm particularly worried about the signs of an allergic reaction, like swelling or trouble breathing.
