I recently started feeling some cold symptoms and was prescribed Dologen (acetaminophen 325mg) tabs by my doctor. I was surprised to find out it's a combination of an antihistamine (dexbrompheniramine) and a pain reliever/fever reducer. I'm a bit concerned because it has some serious side effects including liver problems and severe skin reactions. I'm specifically worried about the signs of liver problems like dark urine, tiredness, and yellowing of the skin or eyes. Has anyone had any experience with these side effects or have any advice on how to manage them? I want to make sure I'm safe while taking this medication.

I was just prescribed a 250ml bottle of Alburx 5% Inj, which is a purified form of human albumin. I am a little anxious about the potential side effects. I've just been prescribed Advate 1500unit Inj, 1 Vial for hemophilia A and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've read the pamphlet about the possible side effects and I have to admit, I'm feeling kind of anxious, especially about the serious side effects. Understandably, I'm scared of the signs of allergic reactions and the other serious side effects, but also confused: should any/all of them happen, how do I handle them? Some of them seem urgent, but others like feeling cold or chest pain… more like a 'go to the hospital' or 'call an ambulance' moment. Can anyone share their experience with this medication? What kind of side effects have you experienced, if any? How did you manage them? I'd really appreciate any advice or tips on dealing with Advate. Thanks, everyone!
