I've been on Amnesteem 40mg for a few months now to treat my severe acne. It's been a roller coaster, but I'm finally starting to see some improvement. However, the side effects have been intense. I've been on Amnesteem (Isotretinoin) 10mg Capsules for about three months now, and it's been a roller coaster. I've tried everything for my severe acne, and finally, my dermatologist prescribed Amnesteem. The strict rules, especially the pregnancy warning, are daunting, but I understand the risks.
