I was prescribed Cefazolin 1gm Inj for a severe skin infection I contracted after an injury. I've seen many side effects listed, so I'm a bit worried. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience? How did you manage any side effects?

I was recently prescribed Cefazolin 10gm Inj, 1 Vial for a severe skin infection. The doctor mentioned it's often used for such cases and also for bone and joint infections, and even before surgery to prevent infections. I've had it for a few days now and while it seems to be working, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? Any tips or anecdotes would be greatly appreciated, as well as any info on the side effects, diarreah, and how long I should expect those to last?
