Anyone have experience with Cefazolin 1gm Inj for severe skin infections?
I was prescribed Cefazolin 1gm Inj for a severe skin infection I contracted after an injury. I've seen many side effects listed, so I'm a bit worried. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience? How did you manage any side effects?

I got really bad diarrhea, worse than any other antibiotic. Definitely keep an eye on that. It can get serious.
I had a weird rash that was itchy but manageable. If you’re worried, just talk to your doctor. They can help guide you.
I didn't have any side effects, but I would be worried if I experienced something like trouble swallowing. Stay alert!
My mom got it for a heart infection. She had to stop taking it because of liver issues. It can be tough to predict how it will affect you.
