I'm considering Complete Nat DHA Pak as a supplement during my pregnancy. It claims to support brain and eye development with DHA and essential vitamins. Has anyone tried it? Would love to hear about your experiences, good and bad. The side effects list is extensive—anyone have reactions that make them hesitant to take it? I'm particularly concerned about the allergies and GI symptoms.

I started taking Concept DHA Capsules a few weeks ago and have been generally pleased with the benefits. However, I've noticed some mild stomach discomfort. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar issues or even more severe side effects. The side effects mentioned on the label are a bit scary. Has anyone had to report side effects to the FDA yet?
