I'm considering Complete Nat DHA Pak as a supplement during my pregnancy. It claims to support brain and eye development with DHA and essential vitamins. Has anyone tried it? Would love to hear about your experiences, good and bad. The side effects list is extensive—anyone have reactions that make them hesitant to take it? I'm particularly concerned about the allergies and GI symptoms.

My friend had a severe allergic reaction to Complete Nat DHA Pak—ended up in the hospital. Be super careful and listen to your body.

I’ve been taking Complete Nat DHA Pak for a month now, and it’s been great. Helped with my morning sickness. No major side effects, just some mild stomach pain on the first few days, which is common if you're getting used to regular prenatal vitamins.

Just started it and I've already had green stool. Is that normal? It’s kind of grossing me out.

Honestly, I think it’s worth the try. The benefits for the baby’s brain and eye development are too good to pass up. Just be cautious and talk to your doctor if you experience any side effects.

I’m planning to try Complete Nat DHA Pak soon. Any tips on how to ease the stomach issues? I’m feeling a bit anxious about the possible vomiting side effects.

I stopped taking it because I found an alternative that works better for me. But I can say it's might be effective for some people. I'm not sure if they tweaked their formula, but I'm happy to have found something that works better.

I’ve had no issues with Complete Nat DHA Pak but heard from others about changes in stool color. Is this a side effect or a sign that it's working? The packaging didn't say exactly what it meant.

I've been taking it since the second month of my pregnancy, and I've had some mild constipation but nothing too bad. Overall, it's helped with my energy levels and mood, especially during pms, so it's worth it.

I had a terrible reaction to Complete Nat DHA Pak—ended up with a rash all over my face and neck. Had to stop immediately. Definitely don’t take it if you have allergies.

I started taking it in my 2nd trimester, and it’s been amazing. My baby's brain scans show great development. No side effects here, but I do feel a bit bloated sometimes. It could vary from person to person.
