I started taking Concept DHA Capsules a few weeks ago and have been generally pleased with the benefits. However, I've noticed some mild stomach discomfort. Be careful with these! I had a weird rash and my doctor said it might be from the capsules.
Can anyone tell me what to do if the side effects are mild but linger for a while? Should I stop taking them?
I just had to go to the ER because of a bad reaction. Turns out, I had some of the allergic reaction symptoms.
I switched to a different brand after reading about the potential side effects. Better safe than sorry, right?
I’ve been taking DHA capsules for a while and I feel like they make a difference. I just take them with food.
I love these capsules! But seriously, if you get any of the severe side effects, go to the hospital right away.
I've been taking them for a couple of months now and haven't had any issues. They seem to be working well for me!
