Has anyone else tried Xepi 1% Topical Cream for impetigo? My doctor prescribed it, and I have to say, it's been a lifesaver. The cream is easy to apply – I just put a thin layer on the affected area twice a day. It's only been 3 days, and I can already see a big improvement. My question is, has anyone else experienced any side effects? The leaflet mentions skin irritation and allergic reactions, but I haven't noticed anything yet. For those who've used it before, how long did it take for your impetigo to clear up completely? Any tips for making the treatment process a bit easier? I know it's only been a few days but I'm eager to hear from others who've gone through this.

I was recently prescribed Mupirocin 2% Ointment for impetigo, a common skin infection. I've heard it's pretty effective, but I'm also a bit worried about the potential side effects.
