I recently began using Kovaltry 3000unit Inj, 1 Vial for my hemophilia A and the medicine has been revolutionary with blood clotting and preventing bleeding. Before this, I was living with a constant fear of encountering a bleeding complication. However, I am extremely concerned I'll have to discontinue my treatment due to how severely I'm feeling physically drained all the time, especially after a day of activity. Also I'm curious if anyone else has had these side effects or felt that they needed to change something in their routine to counteract it in a way that wasn't too disruptive. I am under incredible amounts of stress from the possibility of losing a treatment that has been so effective so far for one of the most disruptive parts of hemophilia A which is bleeding complications.
